How do I connect 4 stock speakers to an amp on a Volvo S40?

I have a sony xplod 800 watt amp and I want to use it to connect 4 stock speakers in a Volvo S40. On the amp it says 2/1 Channel. What does this mean? Does this mean that I can connect 2 speakers per 1 channel?|||The 2/1 channel means that you can run the amp as a 2 channel, or bridge it into one. Technically yes you can run 2 your 2 factory speakers off of one channel, however here is the problem that you are going to run into, you will either loose fade or balance depending on which way you wire it.
