What's included in the labor hour on Volvo's maintenance?

The last notice I have for the price of the labor hour on the Official Volvo Dealership is $125.00.


Do you know what kind of services are included in that rate?. Only the time that the technician works on the car, or something else?

Kind of a rip off if you ask me, considering a Volvo is now just an overpriced Ford.|||It means they charge 125.00 per hour based on a flat rate system. If book time calls for an hour and they do it in 20 minutes you pay 125.00, but if it takes them 3 hours you only pay 125.00
